Zoë is a member of the UK National Institute of Medical Herbalists and has been practicing and teaching herbal medicine for many years. Having taught a variety of introductory courses, she now lectures on the subject at Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her particular interests are the history of herbal medicine and other philosophies of health as potential models for the healthcare of the future. Although she lives most of the year in Scotland, being half Greek and having spent much time in Greece, she is well acquainted with the local flora. Zoë is a delightful and highly knowledgeable teacher.
