Sarah qualified in Drawing and Painting at Edinburgh College of Art, Scotland. While maintaining a successful career as a selling artist in the UK, she is so inspired by the Zarka landscape that she is in the process of renovating a house in the valley to enable her to spend more time here! Her approach to teaching is fun, gentle and supportive – she aims to help even nervous new artists nurture their creativity.

Paulina was born in Stockholm, and studied at Edinburgh College of Art. She has a studio in Edinburgh, runs art workshops (including for people with special needs) and works as a support tutor at the College of Art. The theme of her art is how we experience and relate to Nature and to what extent we can understand or be part of what lies beyond ourselves. Apart from painting and drawing, she works with sculpture and site-specific installations using sound, light and video projection.
